Artsy souls know the value of connecting with like-minded people to find inspiration and motivation for their painting. The mission of French Escapade is to facilitate this kind of fruitful relations within creative communities as well as to provide students with unique experiences. On one hand, it is a virtual space where art amateurs have a chance to join Virtual Interactive Escapade Workshops (V.I.E.W.s) on Zoom led by renowned artists. On the other hand, those who love travelling as much as painting, may opt for an inspiring plein-air painting vacation to discover and capture the beauty of France, Italy, Spain, Belgium or California.

Plein-Air Painting Workshops in Europe and California

Virtual Interactive Painting Classes on Zoom
The V.I.E.W. Academy (Virtual Interactive Escapade Workshops) offers daily online painting classes taught by more than 40 high-caliber teachers presenting you unique interactive live painting workshops where you can paint along and get feedback.
- A host from the VIEW Academy facilitates the class, admitting you if you connect late, helping you with technical problems, etc…
- We offer online painting classes for all levels from beginners to advanced painters
- We limit the class to 16 participants
- The V.I.E.W. workshops are live, interactive and hands-on
- The teacher demonstrates step by step, breaking up the process in manageable steps, giving you time to paint during the live session
- You can ask questions directly to the teacher
- You can show your work to the teacher to get personal feedback and critique
- Enjoy interactivity with fellow participants
- You can keep the recordings of the class forever.
- If you can’t attend the class, you can buy the recording. We have over 140 recordings to choose from.
