``Paint a Mountain Stream in Watercolor`` by Julie G. Pollard

Class Information

Attend this class and you may win one recording of your choice from Julie’s previous classes. We will do a raffle during the class. Need to be present to win.

Paint this little crashing creek and learn to apply the “anatomy” of a mountain stream to a watercolor painting. A reference photo will be provided.

There will be demos, instruction at all levels, one-on-one critique and lots of painting time. The demo will be shown full screen through a dual camera set-up. You will have your own painting time during the class with individual critique throughout. Class time will be structured, yet open enough to accommodate the artistic spirit within us all. All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend. The only prerequisite is an attitude of joy in the act of painting!

  4. Creative use of color – seeing & using “color as value” (as seen in all three North Light books plus magazine articles)

“Jackie, the courses and quality of instructors you have cultivated through French Escapade V.I.E.W. is world-class. Jackie, you do such a great job hosting the program — you are on top of your game with production quality, responsiveness with quick replay links, and also announcing upcoming events to students.
